In order to confirm no damages to your items, we take pictures of the items before they are touched. This verifies that there were no previous damages that existed. This can be done with your presence so that you feel more comfortable that your valuables are handled properly and you know about any previous damages before we begin.

We will then inspect the piece, to find the best possible way to pack/crate your item using supplies that keep them scratch-free, unbreakable, and dent-free. When inspected and ready to crate, our technician will custom build crates out of wood on site, for your items with the proper paper and supplies to package your items. Once crated, we will go over any special instructions, if needed, for moving the crates. Once transported and moved, we can come and uncrate the items for you, or can give you proper instructions to do so yourself.

For your bigger items that can not be crated, most moving companies use blankets. Most of the time these blankets are not maintained or washed. These blankets then can hold in the metal or wood filaments from other moves, damaging your items. We use new moving protective wrap. This is less expensive and protects your items the best. If necessary, we will first disassemble your beds, desks, dressers, tables, cabinets, etc, down to the most effective way of packing, and then wrap and pack them safely. Again, if needed, we will go over any special instructions for transportation or reassembly, or will be happy to come reassemble for you, if local.
